This Privacy Policy explains how Farm Party ("the App") collects, uses, stores, and shares information when you use the App. By using the App, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

1. Information We Collect

User Profile Data - nickname you choose for leaderboard display and the country flag selection you make in the App
Game Data - game score and leaderboard data to rank players and provide game-related features
In-App Purchase Data - the App may process purchase tokens and order identifiers provided through Google Play Billing to verify, grant, and restore in-app purchases, such as the No Ads package
Technical and Advertising Data - advertising identifiers, device information, IP address, app interactions, and diagnostic information that may be collected by Google AdMob, Google Play Services, or related Google services

We do not collect or store your credit card or payment card information. All payments are processed securely by Google Play.

2. How We Use Information

To operate and maintain the App
To save and display leaderboard scores
To verify, grant, and restore in-app purchases such as removing ads
To associate scores with your nickname and selected country flag
To show rewarded ads and support the App financially for users who have not purchased the No Ads package
To help prevent abuse, fraud, cheating, and technical issues

3. Third-Party Services

The App uses third-party services, including:

Google Firebase Cloud Firestore - used to store leaderboard-related data such as nickname, country flag, and score
Google AdMob - used to display in-app ads, including rewarded ads
Google Play Billing - used to process and manage in-app purchases
Google Play Services - used to support Android functionality related to ads, billing, and app services

These third-party services may process technical information as needed to provide their services.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We may share data only when necessary to operate the App, such as with cloud providers, advertising providers, platform services, or when required by law.

5. Advertising

The App displays advertisements by default through Google AdMob. Depending on your region and applicable laws, ads may be personalized or non-personalized. Users who purchase the No Ads package will have third-party advertisements removed from their game experience, except for optional rewarded ads that the user may choose to watch voluntarily in exchange for in-game benefits.

6. Data Retention

We retain leaderboard and related game data for as long as necessary to operate the App, maintain rankings, prevent abuse, resolve disputes, and comply with legal obligations. If applicable, purchase-related records or entitlement information may also be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to verify, restore, and support in-app purchases.

7. Data Security

We take reasonable steps to protect stored information against unauthorized access, misuse, or disclosure. However, no method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure.

8. Children's Privacy

Farm Party is intended for a general audience. The App is not intended to knowingly collect personal information from children in violation of applicable law. If you believe that a child has provided personal information improperly, please contact us so we can review and remove it where appropriate.

9. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to request access, correction, or deletion of your information.
